Made for ages 13 and up
Sαréal618 is made for ages 13 and up. Kids under 13 join only through a parent, as described below.
Coming soon
Kid mode with a parent lock
A grown-up turns on kid mode on their own phone and picks which kid is using it. The app then locks to kid-safe areas, like the chore shop and art creators. Unlocking it takes the parent's PIN or fingerprint/face unlock.
Kid mode is not available yet. This describes a planned feature, and details may change before it launches.
Our child safety standards
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Sαréal618 prohibits any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sextortion. This applies to everything people make or share in Sαréal618, including Helping Hand AI asks and pictures.
Helping Hand is set up to refuse requests for sexual content involving minors and for sexualized pictures of real people, using xAI's safety systems and our own instructions to the model.
If we become aware of apparent CSAM, we remove it, preserve what the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We cooperate with law enforcement.
Sαréal618 has no public profiles, no public chat, and no way to message strangers. Family sharing works only between phones you link with a one-time family key.
Kids under 13 get in only after a parent adds them, gives consent, and links their phone with a one-time code. Kids' profiles have no sign-in, no AI, no purchases, no outside links or videos, and no contact with anyone outside the family.
Teens 13 to 17 can use Sαréal618 on their own with protective defaults: no adult rooms, nothing public, no ads or profiling, and stricter AI safety settings.
Adult-only rooms are available only to adult profiles that aren't on a kid's or teen's phone, are never reachable from a kid or teen profile, and may be left out of the Android app.
Points shop: rewards are written in and approved by a parent. Points have no cash value, and there are no real-money purchases.
No ads, for anyone, and no ad or tracking software.
Reporting a problem
In the app (rolling out before the Google Play launch): every Helping Hand answer and picture has a Report option (flag icon). Choose a reason and send it without leaving the app. You can also use Settings → Report a problem.
By email:support, subject "Safety report". Please don't attach illegal images. Describe what you saw instead.
We read every report, reply to safety reports within 2 business days, and use them to improve Sαréal618's filters and instructions to the model.
